Supervisor Analytics Conifer Health Solutions is looking for Analytics Supervisor.
JOB SUMMARY Oversees a team of analysts that prepare monthly, daily, weekly and ad hoc reports that will allow the business unit to analyze and improve business performance.
Communicates improvement opportunities or analysis directly with Unit leaders.
Directly involved with each employees career development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.
Others may be assigned.
Performs Ad Hoc reporting with high complexity Anticipates reporting/data issues from various reporting systems and communicates these issues with potential solutions to the group.
Proactively seeks to create better data integrity where data fields are flawed.
Effectively takes a proactive approach to project management Displays a desire to learn, understand processes, and reach the next level.
Excellent communication, customer service and time-management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members and customers.
Respectful of all levels.
Position requires basic business skills, an understanding of general financial operations and major AR goals in the healthcare environment.
Proficient (high skill level) with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access.
Advanced knowledge with relational database management systems such as Showcase, MS SQL Server/MySQL, MS Access and/or AS/400.
Advanced problem solving and organizational skills.
Exhibits strong leadership skills and fosters a positive teamwork environment.
Detailed oriented, meticulous and accurate in completing tasks on time.
Strives for continuous improvement through training & other learning opportunities.
Ability to work independently and with all levels of management.
VBA experience strongly encouraged.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
