1) OCCUPATIONAL
Summary:
Manages the overall function of the seat design and development group.
Oversees daily activities in product design.
Responsible for standardization, quality of designs, manufacturability of seats and seat components, and maintaining design schedules.
2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A) Review ongoing design programs for adherence to established budgets and schedules.
Allocate manpower as required to maintain on-time schedules.
B) Assists engineering design teams in effort to solve design problems.
C) Attends production status meetings.
D) Attends program management milestone review meetings.
E) Chairs or attend engineering meetings as required.
