J O B SUMMARY The Food Server is the ambassador of the Mama Fu's brand and as such should be outgoing and energetic self-starters.
The Food Server needs to understand the importance of being in such a pivotal position and must be a good team player.
In the quick casual mode , the Cashier/Server is responsible for giving Guests their first impression of Mama Fu's interacting and assisting guests at the counter.
The Server greets all Guests with a smile and genuine welcome, accommodates customer needs quickly and efficiently, and handles takeout orders.
In the full-service mode , the Server is responsible for the entire guest experience from the time the Guest is seated until they depart, anticipating and meeting the Guest's expectations throughout the dining experience.

Practicing the Feng Shui of Fu (Mama Fu's Steps of Service).
Maintaining a complete and full understanding of the menu.
Suggesting complimentary beverages, appetizers, salads, and desserts.
Being familiar with the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Demonstrating speed and accuracy.
Demonstrating flawless cash handling skills and personal bank management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
