Spanish speaker needed for Maintenance Supervisor / New Plant
Plant Maintenance / New Plant in food and beverage industry RESPONSIBILITIES Is able to perform the following:
1.
Works well with employees and makes sure goals are met within the company while making sure things run smoothly.
2.
Proposes, administers, and controls the finances in the budget according to the established plan in the various accounts, with the goal of optimizing the utilization of the planned budget.
4.
Makes sure that all equipment works properly by establishing maintenance standards that will facilitate work responsibilities.
5.
Plan and follow-up on any maintenance issues that may occur (water, air, electricity, lift, refrigeration, transport vehicles, etc.
) to prevent issues.
6.
Schedule maintenance activities and make sure to follow-up on employees' work to make sure their work is done properly.
7.
Oversee the implementation of the Quality Assurance plans to meet standard goals.
8.
Detect and implement actions to make sure resources are not wasted.
This can be done by setting initiatives that contribute to the overall plans of the company.
9.
Contribute to the logistics of labor that imply the utilization of contracted labor for the fulfillment of maintenance projects.
10.
Perform an analysis of the shortcomings that provoke negativity in plant equipment, etc.
In order to establish goals to prevent these issues from occurring in the future.
11.
Supervise the performance of preventive maintenance while analyzing the performance indicators that the company has set.
12.
Keep an updated list of maintenance equipment supplies by analyzing the needs of the company to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
13.
Enforce the standards and procedures of the organization in regards to environmental protection.
14.
Solicit and evaluate budget of utilized services in order to make the correct decisi n in regards to time, price, and quality.
15.
Follow-up on the actions that deviate from the ATYC, CPP, and PTO by applying the proactive maintenance techniques.

Follow-up the audit process of the organization and take action if any gaps need to be filled.
24.
Follow policies, norms, and procedures of the Polar Company Security Systems, promoting a safe and healthy environment, in order to control the risks and guarantee a 100% safe work environment.
