Production Manager / Quality Assistant in Food and Beverage manufacturing Plant GENERAL PURPOSE Assist production operators in the implementation of operations team activities and process controls to guarantee quality control.
Assist operators to comply with work procedures, instructions, and policies established by the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Assist production operator with starts and stops of the production process, according to the instructions set apart for that purpose.
2.
Make sure teams are functioning properly by checking operations on a regular basis.
3.
Assist the operator in the process variables by putting in place any corrective action, as needed.
4.
Assist operator in completing physical and sensory analysis within the various stages of the production process to guarantee quality control.
5.
Participate in preventive maintenance to make sure the process runs smoothly.
6.
Verify the available storage and product processes by performing inventories.
9.
Make sure that forklift responsibilities are taken care of.
11.
Make sure that conditions are safe, according to the procedures, instructions, with the ultimate goal of ensuring good manufacturing practices.
12.
Follow the policies, standards, and procedures of the Polar Company Security Systems, promoting a culture of healthy and secure place of employment.
