Apartment Maintenance Technician
Job Requirements Possess excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and follow-up skills Thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment Must be able to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, swimming pools, painting, electrical, irrigation systems, and carpentry Minimum of 2 years verifiable apartment maintenance or hotel industry experience Must be available for on-call after hours emergencies High school diploma or GED Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties Must have reliable transportation.
