Service Technician: Coventry at Cityview (Seasonal)
The real work you will do:
o Grounds and pool maintenance, first thing o Pick up and disposal of unpleasant items o Breezeway housekeeping o Lighting inspections o Check the system for work orders and prioritize o Communicate with the property team, review move ins and outs o Change door locks, lots of them o Move quickly in a lot of different directions o Firefightinggenerally not in the literal sense o Appliance repair o HVAC troubleshooting Challenges of the job:
o Cleaning up messes o Training it's a job requiring continual education What you will like about the job:
