Responsibilities:
Actively coach, lead and assess talent to build a high performing team to meet the company s philosophy, mission and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with the FRMS Sales and Account Management Leaders.
Develop and maintain internal business relationships that foster positive communication and alignment that supports the overall success of the FRMS organization and overall Fiserv.
Will be proactive in education to remain knowledgeable of market industry trends and competitors, as well as sales effectiveness strategies and development.
Perform other duties as required.

Education:
Bachelors degree required Certifications:
Product certifications that align to the Financial Risk Management Solutions portfolio of products (AML, Fraud, Financial, Crime and Risk Management Solutions, etc.
) preferred Job Related
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience required in the field of Sales Support, Sales Engineering, Financial Crime and Risk Management products and services.
Team Leadership experience required.
A proven track record of successfully building, leading and developing a Sales Engineering team or similar.
A proven track record of heavy client-facing experiences in supporting sales efforts where product demonstrations are the norm.
In these demonstrations would focus on the clients business needs, how our product performs and its value to the client.
The ability to successfully work within a heavily matrixed organization Additional Skills/Knowledge:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
