This position will support our sales team by providing desktop support services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support to clients by performing technical troubleshooting, installation and configuration of software, hardware, and peripherals.
Perform on-site installations of client hardware and software.
Network Experience is must.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat as needed.
Document all interactions in the company's internal customer service portal.
Qualifications:
Network Exp Desktop Support Exp Excellent verbal communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
