We have been in business in DFW for 26 years.
Our managers work set schedules and average 45 hours per week.
Every manager is eligible for an annual salary increase, quality health insurance and a quarterly bonus package.
The best part? We close at 2pm daily, so every manager is headed home by 4pm.
Starting Annual Salary $50,000 - $60,000 per year (Based on Experience) Eligible for a salary increase each year Health Insurance Available 75/25 Insurance Premium Split - We will cover 75% of your insurance premium costs Multiple plans available Quarterly Bonus Program Earn an additional $5,000 per year, paid quarterly with qualifying restaurant performance Annual PTO Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues as you work.
Earn 2 weeks PTO per year to be used at your discretion.
Improved Quality of Life Managers average 45 hours per work week Work a set schedule if you want Close at 2pm daily, you will be done for the day by 4pm most shifts Opportunities for career advancement.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager or General Manager (verifiable) in a full service restaurant Able to work most weekends Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to work on your feet for the entire shift (8-10 hours) as needed Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word Basic operating knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus Clean background check, no felonies Legal to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation Job Type:
