In response to sustained growth, InTech is expanding its Support Desk Center.
We are looking for motivated individuals interested in expanding their career in the field of IT.
The Tier-2 Support Technician plays an integral role in the InTech Together Support Desk Center (SDC).
This is an Intermidiate-level position allowing those individuals looking for a career in IT to grow their experience by working at a premier IT provider.
Although beneficial, prior IT or data center experience is not a prerequisite.
Tier-2 technicians are the clients' primary resource for information and support of their services.
Clients depend on the SDC to provide timely and sound solutions to any situation that might arise during their daily work in the dental field.
Tier-2 technicians must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deliver a seamless and positive experience for clients seeking industry leading colocation and cloud services.
Qualifications:
The ability to learn through research, technical certification and on-the-job training.
The ability to communicate and work in a team environment while maintaining the ability to be self-driven.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
These are a must.
A working knowledge of workstation and server systems.
A working knowledge of basic network switching and routing concepts.
Exceptional trouble-shooting and communication skills Masterful communication skills.
Responsibilities Support of Dental Office systems (Practice management software, x rays, sensors, etc.
) Responding to client support inquiries within established SLA levels with an emphasis on being informative and helpful.
Communicating and working with team members to coordinate efforts to support clients Prioritizing customer escalations appropriately.
Capturing and authoring new protocols that will provide a better customer experience.
Ensure and assist in the departments Customer Feedback Protocol.
Education/Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent Certification Certifications in IT field are a plus Travel Requirements > 30% (To assigned local Projects) Benefits PTO beginning after 90 days Ability to work from home (after training) 9/80 Work Schedule with every other Friday off Job Type:
