Job Description J O B SUMMARY The Support/Runner must possess plenty of energy and personality.
It's vital for the support person to communicate well with the Guests to ensure a memorable experience.
The Support/Runner also must be a master of multi tasking between running food, keeping tables bussed, and keeping the restaurant neat and orderly.
DU T I ES AND RE S P O N S IBI L I T I E S The Support/Runner's responsibilities include:
Running food as it comes up on the passout counter.
Clearing tables quickly to allow for a smooth and quick turn during the peak hours of lunch and dinner.
Practicing good hygiene, appearance and uniform standards since runners interact directly with our Guests.
Keeping the drink station and restrooms clean and stocked.
Offering refills and pre bussing tables.
Removing table number or unused rolled silverware.
Working the dishtank as necessary.
