Business Analyst - 14-00408
TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Business Analyst to facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing alignment between processes and information technology.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:
Actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes Dissecting problems and suggesting solutions, including complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation Participating in a continuous review and update process to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions Required Skills 10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst 5 years of experience working in a liaison role between a customer and technical team Experience working in a technology company that operates mainframe and distributed platforms Experience gathering and documenting requirements and/or use cases (preferably for large-scale projects) Extensive project experience for transitions/implementation involving data center infrastructure and applications Excellent organization and written and verbal communication skills Experience writing proposals, user manuals, SOWs or MOUs, work instructions or training documents, and workflow procedures/processes Click here to apply.
