Summary:
Oversees the accounting, financial consolidation, corporate costs, financial reporting, accounts payable, audit, and outsourced tax services.
Responsible for the treasury function and must have strong technical accounting experience with process and analytical foresight to build an organization and processes to scale up to the growth and requirements of the business.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for GAAP accounting, reporting, and consolidation of the financial results.
Also responsible for the private equity management accounting on a proforma, EBITDA basis Ability to build scalable accounting and control processed and lead a team at the pace of business growth in addition to managing the details and accuracy of controllership function Monitor the financial performance of the company to plan, assess controls and stay on top of the requirements of the business Accountable for the accurate and timely release of financial statement including Income, Balance Sheet, Cash flow including periodic reporting to management and investors Ensure accurate revenue recognition and accounts receivable and reserving while working with Revenue Cycle Director and outsourced revenue providers to ensure the accuracy of revenue Manage and report the company's compliance with debt covenants Oversee cash management process including accounts payable, debt service and day-to-day account management Build scalable processes and clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each member in addition to ensuring proper controls are in place and policies and procedures are communicated and followed in the organization Monitors financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors Joint Venture and minority interest experience preferred
Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Competencies/Skills - Technical accounting skills combined with process aptitude and demonstrated scale-up in a growth or high change business environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills critical to role to include the MS suite and integration of technologies across various other platforms NetSuite experience preferred but not required Healthcare experience strongly preferred Experience - Minimum 15-20 years accounting experienced with documented controllership position Certifications/Licenses - CPA required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
