Position Overview:
Looking for a Director of Finance who will maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Responsibilities Include:
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Prepares budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.
Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors.
Prepares social reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements:
Accounting or Finance degree preferred Heath care experience is required Experience with acquisitions is preferred CPA preferred
