Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to type 50
WPM, along with high level computer skills Minimum 3 years call center experience with high call volume Minimum 3 years of customer service in home service industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) or similar industry Minimum 1 year inside sales experience Previous experience in complex work environments is helpful Average 90% or higher QA/KPI scores Experience with CRM and scheduling software Managerial experience preferred but not required Compensation:
$22- $25/hr.
