Job Description:
The Huffines receptionist is one of the most visible roles in the dealership and is the key to creating an excellent first and lasting impression for our customers.
He or she professionally operates the telephone switchboard and seamlessly routes calls to the appropriate department.
Additionally, the receptionist warmly greets showroom customers in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner and provides direction and assistance as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Available to work Monday through Saturday (6 day work week) Mon-Fri (4-5 hours) Starting 3:

00 pm Lunch provided free Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel Provides administrative assistance as needed IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION:
Has a high school diploma or GED Has a working knowledge of the automotive industry Has strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills Is fluent in English speaking and writing DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE In addition to background checks, Huffines performs pre-employment and random drug testing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
