Responsibilities:
oAnswer incoming phone and online inquiriesoLog customer details and comments into proprietary software systemoSchedule appointments and follow up with any no show customersoMaintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of various product offeringsoExhibit at all times a professional respectful behavior and tone on the phone and via the internet oAssist with various other tasks as necessaryoEnsure strict confidentiality at all timesParts and Service Department BDC Representative
Qualifications:
oHigh school diploma or equivalent required oMultitasking and stress management skills are essentialoFlexibility and positive team first attitude are a mustoSelf-motivated and self-sufficientoPersonable/CharismaticoHigh Sense of UrgencyoTakes responsibility/committed to good decision makingoEffectively manage time to meet and exceed company set metrics and goalsoStrong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesoMust have strong written and verbal communicate skills (tact, diplomacy and influence)oStrong proficient computer skills and strong in-depth knowledge of relevant software applications (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel)oProfessional appearance with reliable work ethicoConsistent and stable work historyoValid driver's license and clean driving recordAll potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
