00 AM Monday through Friday.
Overtime available.
Duties Include:
Receive and dispatch service calls Monitor technician workload throughout day Provide Updates on Invoices and Purchase orders Schedule service calls Entering new work orders as they are received, routing to the closest on call technician, and tracking to completion.
Maintain manual and electronic dispatch boards.
Ordering Parts.
Preparing proposals.
Updating ETA's in work order management systems.
Ensure all calls are scheduled and completed based on priority.
Must be a proficient multi-tasker, expect a high volume of calls.
Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
