In this position, you will help support our mission by providing administrative support to our Meals on Wheels and our Senior Paws programs.
Working out of our Denton headquarters, you will be the friendly voice on the phone, answering questions about MOW and assessing program eligibility.
We will also depend on you to enter client information accurately and prepare some basic reports.
To thrive in this job, you need to have a heart for our mission and love serving the elderly community! This position is slated for full-time or reduced full-time (40-30 hours/wk).
Hours are somewhat flexible but you must be available to work in the afternoon hours 12-5PM.
An occasional Saturday will be required.
A successful candidate should be able to communicate well with a wide variety of people and personalities.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures is also super important.
