As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our office by handling phone inquiries from prospective clients, managing web form leads, and assisting with essential data entry tasks.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week.
Key
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls and inquiries from prospective clients with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Manage and prioritize web form leads promptly to facilitate the sales process.
Perform data entry tasks, including vendor bill and credit card receipt entries.
Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring paperwork is accurately filed and scanned.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support various departments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Strong multitasking abilities, able to handle various responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork management.
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
The position offers flexible working hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, but candidate's specific working hours can be scheduled to accommodate prior committments.
Duration and Growth Potential:
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming a permanent full time position in the future, depending on business needs and performance.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's success and may eventually transition into a full-time role as we continue to grow.
