Creates reports for cycle counts, reconciliation, and other reports.
Responsible for Job Packet generation, JIT record scanning, Maintenance record scanning, packing slip scanning, cycle counting, inventory auditing, and negative inventory balance review/resolution.
Responsible for weekly FG audit and package audit.
Provides Material Handling assistance as needed.
Performs receiving functions physically and/or systematically (ERP computer system) for incoming products and materials.
Verifies accuracy of received goods vs.
packing slips and other documentation.
Assists in processing shipping transactions through ERP computer system when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS High school level education or equivalent specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with personnel at all levels.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Intermediate or better understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
Experience with RF scanners and ERP data entry preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations.
This role is a mix of administrative and physical tasks.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
