Work with sales team to gather all necessary listing documents and input into our listing portal for compliance.
Help answer phone calls that are received when in the office.
Listing Photography, Drone Photography, Photo Editing.
Input listing photos and information into Multiple Listing Service.
Create and oversee social media marketing for team to ensure posts are delivered on a timely manner.
Ensure all correct documents are gathered for listing file.
Act as point of communication with sellers.
Ensure correct listing info is sent to marketing department in timely manner.
Close out contract files for compliance.
Ensure commission dispersement agreements are recieved in timely manner.
Receive feedback from agents after showings and ensure sent to sellers in timely manner.
Help with lead dispersement and lead tracking systems.
Help with strategic commuication to key contacts within our database.
Help with placing sign and lockbox at listings when needed.
Coordinating and odering sign riders when needed.
