NMA is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team of dynamic professionals with the following
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years recent experience in commercial architectural design and production.
Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent architectural education or commercial design and production experience.
Candidate must be highly motivated to learn, creative and hard working with problem solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in varying stages of project development.
Proficiency in construction documents and specification writing.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Archicad strongly preferred, with on-board training available.
Additional experience in Adobe creative suite, VR, Twinmotion preferred.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work with project managers and company owners to oversee design elements such as space planning, floor-plan layout, and overall building design.
Development of construction documents, specification writing, and managing multiple projects.
Be responsible for the coordination and management of multiple project efforts with in-house team and sub-consultants.
Demonstrate administrative and technical skills to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Work independently and alongside team to meet project constraints of budget and schedule.
Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials.
Must be organized, focused, able to multi-task, and have effective verbal and written communication skills as well as a collaborative and professional work ethic.
