Basic -- Demonstrates limited knowledge but shows multi-craft maintenance aptitude, little to no experience.
Position Purpose:
Industrial Cleaner will support Maintenance jobs and clean production areas and equipment.
Cleaner will also be responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by their Team Leader and or Maintenance Manager.

Complete tasks in accordance with standardized quality checklists Continually seek out opportunities to improve onsite activities Support clean up of equipment and 5S of production areas.
Cleaning washroom clean up and support maintenance project work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Communication Skills - Ability to communicate with all levels of Leadec and customer employees.

Perform quick analysis and repair both mechanical issues on equipment.
Work from mechanical and / sketches, manuals, specifications, written or oral instructions.
Capability to assist in the training of others on necessary skills to perform repairs.
Technically skilled to facilitate the recovery of at least 50% of equipment from a technical fault without assistance.
Technical ability to demonstrate sound execution of the mechanical repairs of equipment and in providing long term resolution to equipment failures.
Under minimal directions, work directly from a work order.
Perform scheduled PM's as assigned.
Experience in the following:
Basic mechanical Basic computer skills Position
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
One year of industrial experience and technical cleaning experience preferred Mechanical and electrical theory required.
SAP / CMMS maintenance system preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high).
Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces from 4 -12 hours.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
Vision requirements:
close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
