Essential FunctionWorks with customers to provide timely and professional support while maintaining hardware and software lifecycles, and documenting issues/resolutions for internal IT teams.
Primary Duties25% Provide first level contact, log tickets, and convey resolutions to customer issues.
25% Deploy and maintain hardware and software in production environment.
Manage warranties, repairs, and firmware upgrades.
Patch existing software according to vendor requirements and company SLA.
15% Properly escalate, track and redirect problems to correct resources.
10% Utilize excellent customer service skills, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution,10% Maintain hardware and software inventory.
5% Document training materials, procedures and update knowledge base.
5 Participate in hardware and software evaluations.
5% Other Duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilitieso High School Education, Technical certifications or 2
years' experience preferred.
o Industry certifications (A+, Network +, CCNA, CCNP, MSCA, MCSP, Mobility+)o 1-2 years in related fields.

The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
The work is sedentary.
Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc.
No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
