LA Fitness is looking for someone to bring in and train to be an Assistant Manager.
The ideal person is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and understands sales.
Sales experience or management experience is preferred but not a requirement.
As an Assistant Manager In Training, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales goals are met.
We are looking for candidates that are passionate about fitness, disciplined, competitive, and able to work Sundays.
This is a commission-based position until you are promoted to Assistant Manager Daily activities will include:
Participate in community events for branding and lead generation Prospect potential new members Maintain relationships with current members and prospective members Attain or exceed individual & club sales goals Help maintain the club
