Your contact with building owners, residents, contractors and LUMA Residential personnel is to be guided by professional standards including positive, constructive, supportive, and friendly behavior.
Qualifications able to lift and carry 50 pounds ability to see trash and cigarette butts and be able to bend and to remove have knowledge of pool chemical requirements able to read apartment numbers have tools to perform job task- Pliers, 6 Crescent Wrench, Hammer, & Screwdriver.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
