Retail Area Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Assists Regional Sales Manager in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training all Sales Team Leaders and Sales Associates :
Effectively manages the performance and development of Sales Team Leaders to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout their assigned area :
Fosters an environment in which positive behaviors and outstanding performance are recognized :
Supports the management of customer service activities and staff productivity so as to optimize and achieve sales performance and customer satisfaction :
Coordinates and assists with set up and tear down of kiosks at beginning and end of season Qualifications :
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills :
Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change :
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written :
Critical thinking and problem solving skills :
Conflict management and stress tolerance :
Overnight travel is sometimes required :
